chopped pecans
Instructions
Combine evaporated milk, sugar, the slightly beaten egg yokes, butter and vanilla.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes.
Add the coconut and chopped pecans.
Cool until thick enough to spread, beating occasionally.
