Coconut-Pecan Frosting

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 slightly beaten egg yokes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/3 cups Baker's Angel Flake Coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Combine evaporated milk, sugar, the slightly beaten egg yokes, butter and vanilla.
  • Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes.
  • Add the coconut and chopped pecans.
  • Cool until thick enough to spread, beating occasionally.
